PIPL Privacy Notice 个人信息保护法
This notice explains how Beauty by Simon Wilby (operated by Simon Wilby Labs) handles the personal information of individuals located in the People's Republic of China, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL / 中华人民共和国个人信息保护法). Last updated: June 2026.

2. Information We Handle 我们处理的信息
We handle only the personal information necessary to provide our services:
- Account information 账户信息 — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
- Order and payment information 订单与支付信息 — purchase records and billing details, with card payments processed by Stripe.
- Communications 通讯信息 — messages you send to our team.
3. Basis and Purpose of Handling 处理的依据与目的
Under Article 13 of the PIPL, we handle your personal information based on your consent and as necessary to perform the contract to which you are a party (creating your account, processing orders, and providing customer support). We will obtain your separate consent where the PIPL requires it, including for any cross-border transfer of your information.
4. Cross-Border Transfer 跨境传输
Our systems and service providers are located in the United States, so providing our services requires transferring your personal information outside of China. Before such transfer, we obtain your separate consent, inform you of the overseas recipient and purpose, and adopt measures to ensure your information receives protection meeting PIPL standards.
5. Your Rights 您的权利
Under the PIPL, you have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal information 查阅、复制;
- Correct or supplement inaccurate information 更正、补充;
- Delete your personal information 删除;
- Withdraw your consent 撤回同意;
- Request an explanation of our handling rules 要求解释处理规则.
You can sign in to your account to review or update your details, or email elite@beauty.ml to make a request. We will verify and respond to your request promptly.
6. Retention and Security 保存与安全
We retain your personal information only for the minimum period necessary to achieve the handling purpose, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We protect your information using encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls.
